Who interprets for you?
Three pool models — you decide whether to work exclusively with your own security-vetted interpreters, use the nationwide lingomatch pool, or combine the two.
The authority's own pool
You maintain your own security-vetted interpreters in lingomatch. Requests are routed exclusively to people from your pool — full control, suitable for the highest security levels.
The lingomatch pool
You draw on the nationwide lingomatch pool of qualified interpreters sworn at regional and higher regional courts — rare languages included. The minimum qualification is configurable.
Hybrid · cascading fallback
You combine both pools with prioritisation logic: your own pool first for full control, then the lingomatch pool as a fallback when nobody is available — with a configurable escalation time.
Three operating models. Your choice.
The three models differ only in where the platform is deployed — application logic, user experience and functionality remain identical.
Cloud
The authority uses the central lingomatch platform as a tenant on shared infrastructure in a German data centre. Fastest to set up with the lowest barrier to entry — ideal for a straightforward first pilot without any IT groundwork of your own.
Dedicated signalling
The authority receives a signalling server operated exclusively for it in a German data centre. Signalling metadata (who communicates with whom, and when) stays on a dedicated instance, never mixed with other tenants.
On-premises
Signalling and media components run entirely on the authority's own infrastructure (its own data centre or an officially accredited cloud provider). Full data sovereignty over signalling and media data.

GDPR & data processing
The authority remains the controller; lingomatch acts as the processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement covering all mandatory content is available.
End-to-end encryption
All audio, video and message content is end-to-end encrypted. At no point does lingomatch have access to keys or to what is said.

Hosting and security model adapt to national requirements — up to full deployment inside the authority's own infrastructure. In Germany: core components in certified German data centres, no third-country transfer of core data.
