We ask for nothing more at this stage. No documents, no identity data, no bank details. You can opt out again at any time.
Before launch · invitation
A personal message
Shortly before the first authorities go live, you receive an invitation with access to registration. Only then are documents and identity checked.
After the check · activation
Within 48 hours
Once everything has been submitted, your profile is activated within 48 hours. From then on matching requests reach you, and you decide afresh on every single one.

Assignment
A contract with the authority
The contractual relationship is between you and the commissioning authority. They pay your fee directly to you. No fee income flows through lingomatch.
Costs
15 per cent, only when you earn
No basic fee, no membership, no minimum turnover. The service fee is calculated on the net fee and collected separately, only once an assignment has been completed.
Freedom
No obligation to accept
No score, no ranking, no quota. Declining does not change your position for the next request, and no reason is required.
Cancellation
Cancellation fee for short-notice cancellations
If the authority cancels on the day of the assignment or on either of the two days before, you are entitled to twice the agreed hourly rate.
Commitment
No exclusivity
No minimum number of assignments, no exclusivity, no notice period affecting your existing relationships. lingomatch sits alongside your work, not in place of it.
Every assignment we place is evidence that the alternative works.
We do not take away work that would exist anyway. We surface work that currently fails on availability: at night, at weekends, in rare languages, outside your own district.
